Meet Makaye
Hi there! I'm Makaye, the Centre Director at Highfields Central Early Education Centre.
With 14 years of experience in early childhood education, beginning as a nursery assistant in 2010, I've progressed to the role of Centre Director. I hold a Diploma in Children's Services and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. As a mother of two, I truly appreciate the significance of high-quality education and care for both children and their families.
One of my greatest joys as a Director is mentoring our dedicated team of Educators, guiding them to create and enhance effective learning programs for our children. We are deeply passionate about early education, and I take great pride in supporting our team to reach their full potential while sharing in their enthusiasm.
I look forward to connecting with families and becoming an active part of the Highfields community.
